Overview
At Alibaba Foods, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality food. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
No Return Policy
All food items are non-returnable once delivered. We request customers to check their order at the time of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Food is damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption
- Order not delivered
👉 In such cases, you must contact us within 1–2 hours of delivery
Refund Process
Once your complaint is received:
- Our team will review the issue
- If approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund will be made to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before preparation starts
- Once the food is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer not available at delivery time
- Minor delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
