At Alibaba Foods, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality food. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

No Return Policy

All food items are non-returnable once delivered. We request customers to check their order at the time of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Food is damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption
  • Order not delivered

👉 In such cases, you must contact us within 1–2 hours of delivery

Refund Process

Once your complaint is received:

  • Our team will review the issue
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before preparation starts
  • Once the food is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after order
    • Incorrect address provided by customer
    • Customer not available at delivery time
    • Minor delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
